Keep in mind, these Craft-Ready gourds are hand-selected for size and symmetry, so they are gourds that you might not find if you were to order a regular box of cleaned Mini Gourds.

The Zip-Cutter is a more aggressive burr than the Fili-Point burr, so we recommend it for advanced carvers or those with carving experience. For maximum control, only insert the burr half-way into the gourd shell when cutting, then if needed, go back and make a second or third pass (often needed for those thick Welburn gourds!
