For January through November: You may return most unused items purchased at Welburn Gourd Farm , Inc. within 30 days of purchase.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or if the return is a result of an error on our part.
If the item is returned for any other reason , you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 7 percent.
No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). To get a RMA call our office at 1-760-728-4271.
We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Any product advertised as non-returnable may not be returned .

Manufacturers Warranty
Products under a Manufacturer Warranty that are defective or malfunction need to be returned to the address provided in the Warranty Paper Work, which is shipped with the product.
Now it's easy to create beautiful gourd art pieces that have multiple copies of the same images using our Stick 'n Burn "Design Multiples" packs!
Up until now, most of our pre-printed Stick 'n Burn packs only gave you 2-4 copies of a design, which meant you had to buy 2 or even 3 packs if you wanted to create an art piece with the same image carried all the way around the gourd.
With Stick 'n Burn Design Multiples, you get multiple copies of the same image in one pack, which means you can repeat the same design as many times as you'd like!
With many gourds, especially gourds that are not symmetrical, there is no real "front side" or "back side" to it.
An asymmetrical gourd usually look best with asymmetrical designs on them (shown left), especially when the images are placed on all sides of the gourd so that any side can be considered the front. Gourds are three-dimensional art pieces, after all, so why settle for an image on just one side?
Our Design Multiples packs are the perfect solution because one pack gives you plenty of copies of a each design!
