All non-gourd orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Gourd orders require 10–14 business days to process, as each gourd is carefully hand-selected, cleaned, and packed to ensure you receive the best quality possible.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
For January through November: You may return most unused items purchased at Welburn Gourd Farm , Inc. within 30 days of purchase.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or if the return is a result of an error on our part.
If the item is returned for any other reason , you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 7 percent.
No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). To get a RMA call our office at 1-760-728-4271.
We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Any product advertised as non-returnable may not be returned .

Manufacturers Warranty
Products under a Manufacturer Warranty that are defective or malfunction need to be returned to the address provided in the Warranty Paper Work, which is shipped with the product.
Gourd Assortment Surprise Box
Every box is different and contains a 'surprise assortment' of gourd shapes!
We hand-selected an assortment of gourd shapes and sizes to give you the ideal mix so you can make a variety of gourd projects.
This box is great for both beginners looking for a variety of gourds, or for experienced gourders who want a “surprise selection” of gourds to spark their creativity!
Every box is different and can include both standard and unique shapes! It is also “budget friendly” with a mixture of both Premium and Standard gourds. If you are ready to have fun with a great selection of gourds, this is the gourd box for you!
2 Great Options to Choose From!
Both box options contain 15 gourds. Select the 'Regular' box for a selection that includes gourds on the smaller end of the size range, or select the 'Deluxe' box if you want some larger size gourds included in the mix.
Option 1 - Regular Box of 15 Gourds
Please note: This is a “surprise selection” of gourds and every box is different. Therefore, we have included 3 different photos here to show some examples of the variations you might recieve.
Select the Regular Gourd Assortment Surprise box for a selection of gourds on the smaller end of the size range (2"-7.9" in diameter).
Option 2 - Deluxe Box of 15 Gourds
Please note: This is a “surprise selection” of gourds and every box is different. Therefore, we have included 3 different photos here to show some examples of the variations you might recieve.
Select the Deluxe Gourd Assortment Surprise box if you want some larger size gourds included in the mix (2"-8.9" in diameter).
Photos are meant to show samples of gourd shapes you might receive and to show size ranges. Due to image compression on mobile, the size difference between the Regular and Deluxe may not be apparent on a cell phone.
