Handpiece Repair Service

Need a repair on your GourdMaster handpiece? We're happy to help keep your carver running smoothly.

Within 1 year of purchase (Warranty):
Your handpiece is covered under our 1-year warranty. If it needs repair, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you, at our discretion. Note: tampering, forcing, or other misuse of the handpiece voids the warranty.

1–2 years from purchase:
We're happy to repair your handpiece for a $50 labor fee, plus the cost of any replacement parts needed (we'll confirm the quote with you before starting any work).

Older than 2 years:
Unfortunately, due to parts availability and the age of older models, we're unable to service handpieces purchased more than 2 years ago.

How it works:

  1. Include your order number or order confirmation email with your shipment so we can verify your purchase date (don't have it handy? We can look it up for you).
  2. Let us know what happened or what you're experiencing with the handpiece. If the issue occurred while using a specific burr, please include that burr with your shipment so we can test it before sending everything back.
  3. Ship your handpiece (and any relevant burr) to:

  1. Once it arrives, we'll assess it and reach out with a diagnosis and quote (if applicable) before doing any work.

Please note: Replacement handpieces are temporarily out of stock and expected back in inventory next month. If you need a repair in the meantime, we're still happy to take it in. Just know it may take a bit longer if a part needs to be ordered.
