Gourd Festival 2025 Class

Date + Time: May 22nd, 9am-5pm
Location: Welburn Gourd Farm
Level: All levels

Learn to coil pine needles on the rim of an altered gourd shard. You will learn how to add a row of beads to accent your piece. Once the coiling is done, then the headband and embellishments will be added to your desired eccentricity.

Materials provided (if you have your own tools, you are welcome to bring your own):

  • Prepared Altered Gourd Shard (Decoupaged with altered pages & resin & holes
  • Dyed & Natural Pine Needles
  • Large Hole Beads
  • E6000
  • Headband
  • Stitching Needle & Thread
  • Assorted Embellishments
  • Tutorial will be emailed

  • Jewelry Size Wire Cutter
  • Needle Nose Plier

 

Additional Details:

Due to our rural location, we recommend that you pack a snack or a small lunch to keep your creative energy flowing! Our store will have some limited snacks available for purchase if needed.

Cancellation Policy:

  • For a full refund, notice of cancellation must be received 48 hours prior to the start of class.
  • Cancellations received outside of 48-hour window are non-refundable. Credit may be applied towards a future class.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped that includes your tracking information.

For January through November: You may return most unused items purchased at Welburn Gourd Farm , Inc. within 30 days of purchase.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or if the return is a result of an error on our part.

If the item is returned for any other reason , you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 7 percent.

No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). To get a RMA call our office at 1-760-728-4271.

We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Any product advertised as non-returnable may not be returned .

Products under a Manufacturer Warranty that are defective or malfunction need to be returned to the address provided in the Warranty Paper Work, which is shipped with the product.
