In this workshop, students will design and carve a gourd vessel using negative and positive space patterns inspired by the ginkgo leaf. You'll learn carving techniques that create depth and dimension as light filters through the cut-out designs.
All skill levels are welcome — whether you're new to gourd art or have prior experience, instruction will guide you through each step while leaving room for your own creative choices. You'll leave with a unique, nature-inspired piece to display in your home.
