Join us at Welburn Gourd Farm for our Gourd Art Made Easy: Ornament Workshop, where you’ll learn how to create your own handmade gourd ornaments and gift tags. Perfect for beginners, this workshop lets you paint, woodburn, carve, or combine techniques to design up to 3 unique pieces to take home.

Our experienced team will guide you step-by-step, making it simple and fun — no prior gourd art experience needed!

Class Dates:

November: 20, 22, 27, 29

December: 4, 6, 11, 13, 18, 20, 23

Class Times:
10am–12pm or 1pm–3pm

Cost:
$25 per person — includes all materials and your finished gourd creations to take home!

Additional Details:

Due to our rural location, we recommend that you pack a snack or a small lunch to keep your creative energy flowing! Our store will have some limited snacks available for purchase if needed.

Cancellation Policy:

  • For a full refund, notice of cancellation must be received 48 hours prior to the start of class. Teachers prepare materials in advance for the classes.
  • Cancellations received outside of 48-hour window are non-refundable. Credit may be applied towards a future class.
  • Contact our office by phone (760-728-4271) or by emailing info@welburngourdfarm.com to cancel.
    • Please leave a voicemail if we're unable to answer the phone.

All non-gourd orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Gourd orders require 10–14 business days to process, as each gourd is carefully hand-selected, cleaned, and packed to ensure you receive the best quality possible.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

For January through November: You may return most unused items purchased at Welburn Gourd Farm , Inc. within 30 days of purchase.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or if the return is a result of an error on our part.

If the item is returned for any other reason , you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 7 percent.

No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). To get a RMA call our office at 1-760-728-4271.

We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Any product advertised as non-returnable may not be returned .

Manufacturers Warranty

Products under a Manufacturer Warranty that are defective or malfunction need to be returned to the address provided in the Warranty Paper Work, which is shipped with the product.
