This class will teach you how to fill a design on an apple you can cut a hole in the bottom and add a light if you like otherwise, you will clean the Gourd out and then we will glue back in the bottom once we’ve done the filigree work

Tools to bring:

  • a 5 to 7 inch round or pear shaped Gourd, cleaned and cut with a 2 1/4 inch hole in the bottom
    • Do not make the Gourd too large but large enough to place the hummingbird pattern on it.
    • Do not pick too thick of a Gourd as this makes it difficult to create the designs.

What will be provided:

  • Step-by-step instructions
  • hummingbird patterns
  • a few drill bits on hand to be shared
  • each student will receive a base in several different styles to pick from
  • a permanent cord or removable cord and an LED light (Not all Students will get the same style or type)

Cancellation Policy:

  • For a full refund, notice of cancellation must be received 14 days prior to the start of class to respect our teacher's time and preparation of materials.
  • Cancellations received outside of 14-day window are non-refundable. Credit may be applied towards a future class.
