All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped that includes your tracking information.
For January through November: You may return most unused items purchased at Welburn Gourd Farm , Inc. within 30 days of purchase.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or if the return is a result of an error on our part.
If the item is returned for any other reason , you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 7 percent.
No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). To get a RMA call our office at 1-760-728-4271.
We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Any product advertised as non-returnable may not be returned .

Manufacturers Warranty
Products under a Manufacturer Warranty that are defective or malfunction need to be returned to the address provided in the Warranty Paper Work, which is shipped with the product.

GourdMaster™ Transparent Acrylics vs. Ink Dyes
GourdMaster™ Transparent Acrylics have the same, beautiful semi-transparent quality as GourdMaster™ Ink Dyes, but because they are made using pigment rather than dye as the main carrier of color, they appear more bold and vibrant.
Unlike a dye, the pigments act to "block" some of the background color of the gourd, making the pigment colors stand out more.

Transparent Acrylics come in a convenient 1/2 ounce bottle, so you can easily store them in your Bottle Caddy! Plus they have white caps so you can visibly distinguish them from your Ink Dye bottles.

With GourdMaster™ Transparent Acrylics you get the rich colors and workability you might find in an acrylic paint, combined with the wonderful, semi-transparent look of an ink dye.
It's like having the best of both worlds!
Being pigment based, they are more viscous than Ink Dye so you can actually apply them with a paint brush and the color stays where you put it without bleeding!

Wipe them on with felt just like you would Ink Dye for a more transparent look, or apply them with a paint brush or even a sponge applicator to really 'build up' the color.
They are also easily applied to smaller areas using a Microbrush or a Fine Tip Applicator.
