The heat gun features a dual high (680°F/360°C) and low (450°F/230°C) temperature setting to accomplish countless DIY projects that require heat. It has three operating positions: palm, pencil and hands free. The heat gun includes multiple accessories to make your crafting ideas come to life. The included flare nozzle is ideal for applying heat in a wide, even pattern. The included reflector nozzle is ideal for shielding glass and other sensitive materials from heat. An 8” x 8” silicone mat comes with the kit to help protect your surface area from heat while crafting.
Uses:
- Heat Set GourdMaster Ink Dyes and Transparent Acrylics
- Quick Dry Formula 49 (leave damp; do not dry fully as this will reduce the conditioning effect of Formula 49)
- Quick Dry Metal Leaf Adhesive
- Activate embossing powder and liquid applique for craft use
- Shrink tubing for electrical work
- Soften paint, caulking and putty for easier removal
- Soften adhesives to help remove stickers and floor tiles
- Shrink plastic film for crafts, and small gifts

"OHMIGOSH! I just unboxed my new Pro Carver II and even though it’s late, I decided to give it a 5 minute test run.
Let me say, I was happy when I went from a Dremel to the Proxxon. But there is a night and day difference with the Pro Carver! The hand piece fits my hand so much better, it’s lighter and I can barely feel the vibration!! After carving a couple hours with the Proxxon, my hand ends up tingling afterwards. I don’t anticipate that happening with the ProCarver based on what I just felt. Halllelujah! My hand, joints and titanium shoulder are going to be sooo happy!
